- Free 30 minute consultation (applicable before you purchase this package)
- Initial consultation and fitness assessment (2 hrs)
- Body composition analysis (InBody BCA).
- Intervention strategy (1.5 hrs)
- Exercise goal-setting.
- Action steps towards your goals.
- Progress indicators.
- Comprehensive educational awareness regarding exercise activities and home-based movement.
- Customised exercise design and programming.
- 1 follow-up consultation (1 hr).Â
- 1 heated pool experience with 3 friends (30 min).
- Comprehensive educational awareness regarding healthy behaviours, exercises for home based activity and basic nutrition principles.
- Personal Training Packages (1 hr)
- 4 sessions per month (1 session per week)
- 8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week)
- 12 sessions per month (3 sessions per week)
All services will take place at the Lantern Life Fitness Studio.
