Chair fitness, also commonly known as chair-based exercise, are exercises that are performed in the comfort of a chair curated for individuals that may have limited mobility or for those looking for low-impact exercises with low risk of injury. 

A combination of cardiovascular, muscular strengthening exercises and brain-stimulating games with our specialist trainer will leave you feeling rejuvenated and excited for your next session with a smile!
