At Lantern Life Fitness, we have created a safe and comfortable place for wheelchair users to exercise and surprise themselves with what their body can do! We have specialized in the care of wheelchair users by making sure all fitness and socialising spaces are accessible and the exercise equipment is adaptive.Â
The 1-1 attention with your exercise specialist will allow you to safely engage in movements that take into compassionate consideration of your abilities whilst giving you the right guidance you need to enhance your physical, mental and social well being! A combination of cardiovascular, muscular strengthening exercises and brain stimulating games with our specialist trainer will leave you feeling rejuvenated and excited for your next session with a smile!

Personal Training Packages (45 min):Â
- 4 sessions per month (1 session per week)
- 8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week)
- 12 sessions per month (3 sessions per week)
All services will take place at the Lantern Life Fitness Studio.
NOTE: Members are required to be accompanied by a loved one or a caregiver for all scheduled sessions at Lantern Life Fitness.
