  • Free 30 minute consultation (applicable before you purchase this package)
  • Initial exercise nutrition coaching consultation (2 hrs)
    • Body composition analysis (InBody BCA)
    • Nutrition and exercise goal-setting
    • Behaviour mapping.
  • Fitness assessment (1 hr)
  • Intervention strategy (2 hrs)
    • Action steps towards your goals
    • Progress indicators.
    • Comprehensive educational awareness regarding healthy eating behaviours, basic nutrition principles, exercise activities and home-based movement
    • Customised exercise design and programming.
    • Customised meal plan and grocery shopping list (if applicable).
  • 1 follow-up exercise consultation (1 hr)
  • 4 follow-up nutrition consultations (30 min)
  • 1 mental health counselling session (1 hr)
  • 1 heated pool experience with 3 friends (30 min).
  • Personal Training Packages (1 hr):
    • 4 sessions per month (1 session per week)
    • 8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week)
    • 12 sessions per month (3 sessions per week)
