“Muay Thai” or “Thai Boxing” is a martial art also known as “The Art of 8 Limbs.” The use of individuals’ shins, knees, elbows, and fists with various techniques fulfil the beauty and intensity of the art.
At Lantern Life fitness, we have introduced a Thai Boxing class curated to utilise Thai Boxing as a form of fitness. Ideal for any woman looking to try a new martial art, enhance her overall physical/mental fitness, relieve stress, and engage with other like minded women through a spectacular art form!

If you have your own safety equipment i.e. boxing gloves, handwraps and ankle supports please bring them to your sessions. However for those who do not have safety equipment, there will be availability in house for use as well as purchase. If you would like to purchase safety equipment, please speak to the instructor.
NOTE: If you present with one or more chronic illnesses or previously/currently have had an injury related incident, please book a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your interest. If you do not have any of the said concerns, please go ahead and book your classes.
