Driven by unwavering passion, Coach Kandy has a deep desire to improve the health of women in the way she knows best- Movement! She believes that women should have ease of access to beautiful spaces with quality facilities that are considerate of their needs within a sanctuary of comfortability, peace and positivity. She remains steadfast and determined to ensure that exercise services reach a wide range of women with different abilities and disabilities. She also aims to create awareness of the need of exercise as part of patient centered care whilst working to bridge the medical community to the exercise community using the approach of exercise as medicine.

Viola has found her passion in movement and physical health and well-being, which she believes leads us to overall wellness. She has a desire to work with women, ensuring they can get movement solutions to cater for their needs, taking into careful consideration any ailments and/or compromises in body alignment.
She can’t wait to answer women centered health concerns and build a community that is health-conscious.

Annerose 'Ndella' Mandela

Ndella, a force of movement for all those she takes under her strong and capable wings. Her novel and effective “Move2fit” exercise concept, takes into care a full body functional class that allows you to correct your movement imbalances, create awareness of your body, enhance your feelings of strength and confidence. It encourages daily natural movement, body positivity and vitality for longevity. Her passion lies in being able to exercise multiple parts of the body using multiplanar movements. She believes that the body is trained better when it is moved as a whole and not in isolation. She can’t wait to share the impact of her fitness approach with all those that will cross her path at Lantern Life Fitness!

Coach Phem brings exhilarating energy to her exercise sessions with her determined and passionate nature. Exercise for Phem brought her healing from a place of pain. Through her experiences, her dream has always been to serve the community through exercise which comes to life at Lantern Life Fitness. Phem will bring her love for personal training and aerobics to you. She pays close attention to her clients health considerations whilst remaining kind, patient and compassionate in her approach. Phem believes that exercise as part of a woman’s healthy lifestyle brings forth benefits unfound anywhere else!

Zena is fascinated by how she learnt an art and skill using her own limbs from scratch. That has made her confident that she can do anything she wants if she were to put her mind and body and soul in it. She is moved by the idea that she gets to practically teach and pass down important skills to another person from what she once learnt and worked on herself. Thai Boxing empowers Zena to be confident and has grown to love the art more due to its incredible benefits of cardiovascular health improvements, enhancement of blood circulation and overall full body fitness.

Movement becomes water with Idah. The passion for pilates is felt immediately when you meet Idah in her element due to her natural flair for flexibility and how she holds her own frame in space. Her classes aim to encourage women to find centre in their bodies whilst holding their body weights naturally and fluidly. Idah hopes that through her gift of movement, you can improve your overall health, better your sleep, find ease in activities of daily living i.e. in picking up kids, groceries or simply walking, climbing and running. .

Her strive is to help women emerge from places of discomfort to peace of mind by reminding you that it is within yourself to make your situation in life better and emerge stronger and kinder!

Zawadi’s passion for hydrotherapy is understood when she explores they way she feels whilst doing her work. She has experienced how transformative hydrotherapy is, and what fascinated her most is how she saw healing as her patients would recover from an injury or found relief from their chronic pain, through the therapeutic effect of water. She is deeply appreciative that hydrotherapy offers a natural, holistic approach to healing, without relying on invasive procedures. The opportunity to combine her interest in wellness with a method that can genuinely improve quality of life is what drives her to show up for her patients every single day!

Her classes are designed to be invigorating yet joint-friendly making them perfect for women looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost cardiovascular health—without the impact of land-based workouts. Michelle is passionate about Aqua Aerobics because it changes the whole perspective of exercise to a fun, engaging and enthusiastic experience that people of all ages and abilities are able to move confidently, feel strong, and enjoy —without fear of pain or judgment. The water creates a safe, uplifting space where fitness becomes joy, and every splash brings someone closer to feeling their best.

She believes swimming is not only a life skill but a life saving skill! “Swimming will never grow old” Irene asserts ! It will always be important and that is why she find is not only a rewarding career path but a very fulfilling passion that she loves to share with the world!

Risper Ochieng

“I don’t need to be perfect to inspire others. Instead, I’d let people get inspired by how I deal with my imperfections.”
Risper has a background in lifesaving however, beyond this she loves helping others. She believes that to build a strong sense of identity as a lady, you must stand up for your beliefs instead of allowing your peers to control you. Her life experience has helped her learn how to stand up for what is right even when it’s hard whilst staying kind and giving.
